Park 2: April 2023 – June 2024
The second phase introduced improvements in both design and apartment layouts. We replaced studio apartments with larger and more practical units better suited to modern family needs.
Park 3: August 2024 – September 2025
Building on the experience gained from previous developments, we introduced a new concept. Park 3 features duplex homes with generous living spaces, efficient layouts, and private outdoor areas.
Park 4: November 2025 – December 2027
Park 4 is currently under development. We continue to build modern homes using quality materials and carefully designed outdoor spaces. The building benefits from a private courtyard and dedicated parking spaces, providing additional comfort and functionality for residents.
